There`s been a great deal of protest when PC was introduced but almost no one stood up to protest against crossmatching...it`s daylight robbery IMO....it`s IMO the single most detrimental thing to the ecosystem of the exchange, not fast pic boys, exchange players or whatever u want to call them...

sorry my bad..i took it as "if crossmatching was allowed" they`d tune it up even more, rendering crossmatching as slightly "illegal"

wonder whether it would still be allowed if betfair was still operating under UK law and not Gibraltar or Malta or wherever they hide...

we are getting screwed by the bookies on the high street....with BF slowly morphing into a bookie why not continue the trend.......

doing an analogy with poker this is whats happening

before we used to play poker against each others and the house would win either the buy-in or the rake (comission)

now the house forced us to play "video poker"...simples (of course they get away with it because this is the only casino with enough liquidity in the world)

so you are either a better programmer than them or you are a non-programmer and you have to be super selective and shrewd to make any money on in-running horse racing markets

I miss the days where I would put a back order at a price and more often than not I got matched much higher, that just doesn't happen anymore at least with horses that have a chance to win
