what chance have we got when they deny there was any problem, as i said yesterday they told me i was the only complaint they had . and when i pointed out the number of people complaining on the forum, the operator said he could not find any when he looked. even after i told him the latest one and where it was to be found he still said there was none and as i was the only one there was nothing to relay to the techinical team
