Anyone get their money back from the IR chaos in the National?

Didn't even bother complaining, just assumed would get the normal standard service reply

what chance have we got when they deny there was any problem, as i said yesterday they told me i was the only complaint they had . and when i pointed out the number of people complaining on the forum, the operator said he could not find any when he looked. even after i told him the latest one and where it was to be found he still said there was none and as i was the only one there was nothing to relay to the techinical team

havent they just deleted most of the threads that were complaining?

I have written an e-mail of complaint because i was unable to deposit money into my account which messed it up for me completly.I have had no reply yet and i doubt i will ,shocking customer service yet again

Not yet, still waiting....that's me finished with this site if I don't get my due
