i dont understand how so much got matched there as couldnt bet i/r for me, it was so slow, must have been ok for some i guess

How could some people be betting? APIs?

In play it didnt work for me, then it took some money when i tried backing planet of sound, tried to get neptune at 22 but not matched. WTF

Was trying to lay shaka on place market and according to my bets have layed Seabass !!!!

I placed a bet and was told it was not accepted as there was technical difficulties. 30 seconds later the bet was matched, and lost.

Another bet of £2 was placed in similiar way, 30 seconds after I pressed bet. When I tried to cancel I could not, it was matched, lost.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I DID NOT WANT TO BET WITH A 30 SECOND DELAY AND NO WAY TO CANCEL BETS

I'd say they will be voided. Gruss was fine but the interface not so.

I used gruss feeling that they would be voided anyway. Despite winning 30 quid I think they should be.

what was going on in the photo betting. huge prices on about 4 of the runners

Was it a firefox problem then?

I was on IE. It was a betfair problem. They should pay the price not their suffering users

I appeared to have a bet matched way after the finish.

bet was still not matched two minutes after i placed it clicked my bets and told me technical diff then said i did not have any bets on market  race over bet then confirmed useless

same here, my bet wasnt matched (or even there) said there were difficulties.  then the market suspended, reopened, suddenly after about 20 seconds of odds movement my non existant bet became matched

Betfair's cross matching bot will be eating well tonight?

A didn't have a bet, but all in-running has to be made void.

i backed the winner in running - but was never clear until after the race that the bet had been propertly matched

I backed Neptune Collonges and twice tried to lay it during the race, "Site experiencing difficulties reply" both times. Second attempt was purely because first one was not accepted (or so I thought!!)Just AFTER the race, my screen suddenly shows both bets matched, they had never shown on my screen as live during the race, I ended up0 showing a tiny profit, but lost 84 quid because my decond lay would never have been laced if i knew my first one had been accepted . I've already e-mailed betfair, but they are no doubt going to take no action It is an absolute disgrace and Not the first time this sort of thing has happened, shame on you Betfair.The "FAIR" part of their name should be removed and they should take responsibility for their mistakes (there are so many and so frequent they would probably go bust if they did)
