Siralex, don't get me wrong, there's loads of respect here for your commitment to getting on these horses.

But these ante post selections are obviously only about generating extra sales of the Racing Post - they are definitely not about making a profit for the people backing them (not that Segal isn't doing his best, obviously, but I doubt very much he would be backing these horses himself)...

my whining compared to eveybody else who bring such joy to th forum.. im not afraid to speak the truth or in this case write the truth it is what is needed im sure there on some people on this forum who agree with my points i would suggest there are a lot of people who agree with me ..

i agree entirely millhouse. i am more cynical than most as well.
i have backed both but not to my normal stakes.
he had a very poor cheltenam ante post.
i know people call me all sorts of names for following him but all i look at is the end profit and thats at approx 100k for the last 12 years or so. i have no interest in anything else other than making money. i had 15 years of fun betting, picking my own and losing plenty.
its not the same buzz following someone else but the buzz of winning each year and using the profits to pay for a holiday and go on shopping sprees definitely makes up for it.

Akeed Mofeed will not run,lame, now being aimed at Derrinstown. Lyric of Light did me a couple of favours last year but struck me as an Oaks filly unless it comes up slow at HQ. Sorry Tom I think you`re going to struggle.
