Deposit function in chaos

Tried to deposit money into my account a few times but to no avail. Phoned betfair who have told me that there is a problem at their end but they can see my attempts at depositting money but cannot tell me if any/part/all of these attempts will be successful. I explained that I wanted only one of these deposits to take place but have been told there is nothing they can do even though it is their error. An absolute disgrace and awaiting one of the managers to call me.
