We all know the above is BS, but if it was true, it would show he hasn't got a clue about I/R plays. He had 400 @ 9/2 so made 1800, less the lay part. Said he won 1500 on the race, so he laid 150/300 (and lost the 300). He would have lost 250 on the race if it had got beat !
