Billy Hills 7/2 Long Run mistake

just backed LR over the phone with them and was quoted 7/2 when its 7/4 on there site price,i placed the bet,then rung them straight back to just confirm my last bet which was read back to me as LR 7/2

there **** up and i will take it,get on if you fancy him

rung back and confirmed it,its this fridays and the computers dont pick up that error,they just see the selection,the price quoted,it happened with me at 3 6 5 once and that paid out as normal

I would be completely astonished if you got paid at 7/2. Patently a palpable error from a telephonist who doesn't know what they are doing. No change there then.

I rang Ladcrookes three times in the space of 10 minutes last week and not only could I barely understand what they were saying they couldn't comprehend what market it was I needed despite my step by step explanation of where to look in the menu. In the end I just gave up.
