I can't be bothered to do a full preview this year, as I have returned from a lovely day's golf, and need to enjoy butter chicken and vegetable rice prior to viewing Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill. Therefore I'll keep it simple and give you a list of bets I have staked for the Festival, together with suitable colours for each day.

Tuesday:- Wear red, with a hint of blue.

Supreme - Darlan £40 at 12s, Montbazon £30 at 16s.
Arkle - Sprinter Sacre £40 at 12s, £100 at 10s.
Champion Hurdle - Grandouet £20 at 25s, £70 at 14s. Non Runner.
Centenary Novices Handicap Chase - Triolo D'Alene £40 at 12s.

Wednesday - Wear blue, red, white and a dash of pink.

Neptune - Simonsig £70 at 14s.
RSA - Bobs Worth £100 at 10s.
Champion Chase - Finian's Rainbow £60 at 8s.
Fred Winter - Vendor £60 at 8s, Ulck Du Lin £50 at 20s.

World Hurdle - Oscar Whisky - £120 at 8s.
Ryanair - Riverside Theatre - £70 at 14s.

Friday - Wear White, Green, Yellow and Blue.

Triumph Hurdle - £75 Hammersly Lake at 33s Non Runner. £30 Dildar at 16s Non Runner. £50 at 20s Dodging Bullets, £25 at 20s Balder Success.
Albert Bartlett - £30 Rocky Creek at 33s.
Gold Cup - £60 Burton Port at 16s.
Foxhunters - £40 e/w According To John at 25s. Non Runner. £20 at 25s Chapoturgeon. Will have £20 For The Staff on the day if he gets in.

Good luck to all, I hope Chelters is most profitable for you.

Possibly some salmon, perhaps in a terrine, but I rarely drink alcohol in the day. An orange squash is much more likely.

When did you get 16/1 on Burton Port.

I don't have the horse ever being that price ?

Really ??

Should have taken the 12/1 then instead of the 33/1 paddy or 38/1 betfair on here before the Aon. It was top priced 12/1 after that.

look on oddschecker and then click on horse, it will bring up all the prices

Fair enough. Must have backed before the Aon at half the odds available everywhere else.

We had a Thread about the horse on that day searching for the best prices before and after the race as we fancied it to run a big race.

I must have ignored totes 16/1 as it was double that everywhere else.

Just like to say well done to Nicky Henderson and Barry Geraghty for outstanding training/riding performances and to Patrick and Willie Mullins for their fantastic handling of Champagne Fever. Today was a day I shall not forget in a hurry.
