Ladbrokes closed my account on the 28 february as it was an account they regarded as non profit.
I had a £10 bet on upham atom at 14s that day(obviously the final straw) with £150 winnings.
Rather than pay the money straight into my account as they would normally they held onto it
and it was my responsibility to call them and ask for it back. Customer service seemed surprised
I was a bit miffed when I spoke to them, mind-boggling.

Big Boss is correct.

The £0.00 max. suddenly appeared for me midway through racing on Sunday. A sad end to 26 years of punting with the firm since I first opened a credit account.

Clearly a pre-Cheltenham purge before the enhanced odds and special offers appear for the remaining mugs.

They are closing accounts now I had an email last week saying as my account was heavily restricted they had decided it was best to close it
