correct, surely he knows or must know he's making a fool of himself...he knows his stuff but his style is more suited to opera stage than commentating...have a rethink matt it's not working son

I can't see Ch4 putting up with it if he's doing the winter derby.

In fairness we're talking about CH4 here and it took them over half a century to ease out Fat Mac and are still using Thommo and some of their other on screen faces and voices leave a lot to be desired too.

I think Matt is great when on ATR, good interviews, says it how he sees it, has a genuine love of the sport that really does come across ....BUT ....his commentaries are shocking.
