does anybody watch betfair video anymore?

you are correct,the betfair tecnical team are useless at this they cant sort the problem out.the dole que awaits.

Couldn't do without it - yes it goes wrong fairly regularly but to be fair they usually sort it out fairly quickly. Unfortunately it's provided by a third party so it's not always Betfair's fault. Good service most of the time.

I do not have ad blocker bu could you try and write English next time taipan.

do you latest version of flash player ?

They could do with sprucing up the presentation.  The markets should be linking direct to the stream for that event.  There's no full screen option either.

taipan501 - what problems do you have with betfair video . is it freezing , stuttering etc

i use virgin media for the internet and have sky . betfair video is always only a fraction behind RUK . it might be either your computer or internet connection

Have you tried clearing your cookies?

im not a computer techie , but next time you have it on , right click on the taskbar , select task manager ,  and then click on performance . this should show whether you are using your computer to full performance or not. if you are , maybe an upgrade is needed . as i say though, maybe ask for a computer techie to advise you .

particularly good for the US and south african which seem to use a slightly different platform
never had any buffering issues tbf.u must be on dial up
get with the programme and upgrade to broadband

i'm on broadband you man thing.........dial up is like 19th century stuff

and i've never had a problem with the u.s stuff in all fairness

I know it's fine for most but I had a few problems with this site on firefox, it's much better on google chrome for me, perhaps you could give that a go if it isn't a speed issue with your IP?

Are you with BT? they've had a few problems with a few sites recently, everywhere else was fine but I had a feckin nightmare on the sporting life on friday.

What is your speed? You prob need at least 2 mb/s for certain streams, If I'm travelling and use a dongle I'm ok with USA stuff or football but RUK tracks just stutter.

firefox now says flash is out of date( i'm sure i checked it the other day) but wont install..........telling to close firefox and its not even open?????? confused

reckon its a speed issue tbh
for some reason the US and saffer stuff operate at lower speeds without buffering
I use BT and have just run a speed test.it tells me my download speed is 7.4mb and upload 0.9 mb.
if ur getting those kinds of speed which is probably at the lower end speedwise tbf then you should get OK streaming
might be worth running a speed check
