My deposits limit down to € 1 per day. Betfair don't know what happend, but there are several customers with the same problem. The next time my account wil be bankrupped ?

same here mate im having same problem my limit is down to 20 pounds just opened new account but they dont let me use my neteller account with the new one etc... BETFAIR REALLY GETTING POOR

Mine is £25 a week. It changed at 1130am this morning. Not happy

It's another c0ck up from Betfair. No sign of a fix as yet, and anyone with the issue is pretty much unable to use their accounts.
Line from Betfair is that they can't do anything about it until they investigate the issue (been doing so since this morning). Absolute shambles. |

Mine changed to £10 deposit limit per week, and losses to £50 per year.
Phone the help desk, they haven't called me back! What has everyone else done? |

Mine changed at 11.36 this morning. I wasn't near a computer until 2pm so wasn't me.

I notice there was a block on deposits between 5am and 7am or something like that this morning. Perhaps it's related

Can't do anything CJ. Is a business elsewhere job - Betfair admit they can't do anything about it right now until they find reason for problem.

Ive reset mine, takes 7 days to take effect - have sent a quite abusive email - should get a response in about a month knowin this company!

i have same problem, i spoke in livechat and was told they are working on the problem and will inform me when resolved. will then be able to change limits and should take immediate effect.
