Isle of Man,Channel Isles,even Scotland when Independence is inevitable?
Move the core product i.e the bread and butter and have only 3 of each code in England with the present laws on whips etc.
Impossible?
No it is not,a 100 year + deal for no interference in sovereign lands would be cheap,as would building more jump tracks in Northern France,self financing?
