yes just minimize bf video then drag it along to the right hand side of your screen

not sure on that one, no doubt some whiz kid will be able to help you out there though
for what its worth i use my pc monitor for bf video so i can watch the races on a decent size screen and have a laptop running at the same time to use gruss, its alot easier than squinting your eyes trying to watch bf video in a wee square  |

I take it to do that you have to increase the screen resolution? I don't find the wee screen that bad really.
