had 3 quid on that horse (ladbrokes online) that got disq. earler today, got paid out 19.50, ladbrokes have just taken it back out my account, should i not keep it since it was first past the post?

weighing in light not covered in 1st past the post concession...
but why has it taken nearly 3 hours to fleece my account? should i not get my stake back then?? what would of happened if i had spent the money???
IF you had any doubt you should have taken the money out OR stuck it on the next race, sorry for the after timing 
disq so no money back....playing in the shops yes you could have collected before the weighed in sign as bookies pay out pretty quickly ..online no chance as you couldnt receive the money back in your bank a/c before changed result..
