Anyone know what time Rosenblatt was declared a non runner for the 5pm Yarmouth race?
was it just after 3pm by any chance not long after lad brokes cut it from 8/1 to 5/1?
whenever it was it looks another dodgy rule 4 manipulation to me. i know it's only 5p rule 4 to the punter but they do this day after day after day with non runners.
if it is just coincidence it is a remarkably common one. so common in fact that no way it can be coincidence so the only alternative is that it must be calculated?
fixing the rule 4 deduction like this over a year this would be worth tens of thousands and would also be fraud.

i think it was 15:04 if oddschecker are to be believed and they cut the price to 5/1 at 14:58.
