He is the 3rd foal of the dam, cardiffc - Frankel, obviously being the second - both of them sired by the outstanding at stud, all-conquering, Galileo.

Her first foal was Bullet Train - who is, of course, Frankel's lead horse on the gallops - and acted as pacemaker in the QE 11 at Ascot.

Bullet Train was sired by Sadler's Wells - another outstanding sire, of course.

cardiff -

THOMMO will have been 'up with the lark' - watching all Noble Mission's gallops from the balcony outside of his back-bedroom window.

Just phone his hot-line - first thing in the morning -

As an added bonus - he will give you a five minute weather forecast, too.

Massive discrepancy between the two divisions of the maiden and the amounts traded.
A bit sad really, i'd guess this one will boost some books coffers tomorrow.

Teddy Grimthorpe is not expecting any fireworks from Noble Mission when he makes his highly anticipated racecourse debut at Yarmouth on Tuesday.
Sir Henry Cecil's juvenile is a full-brother to his brilliant unbeaten stable companion Frankel, currently the highest rated Flat horse in the world.

Grimthorpe, racing manager to owner Khalid Abdullah, has warned punters that while the youngster has pleased connections at home, they do not believe he has the same level of ability as his sibling.

"We're very pleased with him and we hope he can run decently, but he's not going to be Frankel," said Grimthorpe.

"He has done everything nicely at home but it is slightly bad luck for the horse who his brother is.

"He is straightforward and we look forward to seeing him make his debut."

Noble Mission is set to face 15 rivals in division one of the British Stallion Studs Supporting British Racing EBF Maiden Stakes, a race won by Abdullah's hugely talented colt Sea Moon 12 months ago and Noble Mission's three-parts brother Bullet Train in 2009.

It will obviously be underpriced so must be a lay. Under 2/1 at the moment seems way too short. Will drift tomorrow I reckon.

Well as you see he was wearing blinkers in that gallop, why i don't know but he must have a slight problem with looking around him.

I agree with ian. some people on here are talking about it like its making its debut
in a group one race, its a yarmouth maiden ffs.

didn't born to sea (full brother to sea the stars) make a winning debut in a listed race
recently. some people never learn. Grin

how can anyone seriously be talking about backing or laying the horse first time out the night before? Absolute madness, surely wait for market signals or seeing the horse in the paddock?
