I agree with that. But the 2nd is trying to win the Championship and cannot afford a ban. That's how stupid this situation is. Apparently rode 3 seconds he might have won on. Bl00dy daft.

It is also ridiculous that you can have a sport where you can deliberately cheat and still win - bit of a quandary isn't it?
