Why use emotive language like cheating when it is patently not so,is a footballer cheating when he is caught offside of course not,there has to be an intention.Nearly everybody now agrees the rules are unworkable,this counting is a nonsense,7 for a sprint and 8 for a long distance chase also a nonsense.
