Nice and open so backed 4.

Going for Shankardeh as my main bet...course and distance winner last time out, Dezangles on fire and impressive at the minute, lighly raced, open to improvement, appears a shade classy and gets all the weight allowances.

will take adv of the open betting and have savers on the Aga Khan 2nd string Shamanova (Murtagh up for the first time), Gentoo (defending champ and ran really well in the Cadaran off a summer break and Peslier up for the first time) and Be Fabulous (an improving german bred going for a hat trick of wins for andre fabre and godolphin).

I'm going to go for Gentoo at around 10/1.  He has been a little disappointing this year but racked up a hat-trick at Longchamp last season about this time of year and he seems to like the ground on the softer side.

Less than 2 lengths behind Kasbah Bliss when finishing 6th on his only start at the course this season on ground which may have been firmer than ideal.
