definitely a few crumbs short of a biscuit,I think Jacob lost Dualla's race through negativity and not beig positive and go for a big 'un as Johnson did on Fingals, however until then his ride was textbook and undoubtedly Nicholls debut runners are not wound up so not getting a hard time.Jacob can ride but like others with a quiet style they often seem to be holding onto a lot of horse rather than fresh air. If I was an owner at any yard I'd be more happy for Jacob and Timmy to educate my horse to jump and find a rhythm. Currently Vaughan is in a purple trying mode and his horses are fit, clearly Nicholls are needing the run.
