Since the introduction of the Paul Nicholls and Donald McCain LINKS ... The COMMUNITY Link - which opens the Forum in a POP-UP  overlay has been removed/disappeared.

That LOWER LINKS line now reads >

Offers – Multiples – Next Race – Tote – Form/Results  - Radio – Live Video –Greyhounds – News & Tips – Paul Nicholls – Donald McCain.

BUT - NO 'Community' - as there always was.- until last night.
--------------------
Community still appears on the UPPER Links line - But that link opens the Forum in a FULL page - meaning that you then LOSE any market that you were in.

The 'Launch Forum Pop-Up' then available on that FULL page display is of NO use - as all it does is overlay a Pop-UP onto the FULL Forum page - thus duplicating it .... and you still have not got access to your market, underneath.

Is this the same for everybody?

I have tried 3 different browsers - and get the same disappointing scenario.

Ihave cleared cach and cookies - and refreshed - via 3 different browsers.

Chrome - Firefox and IE  .... Same on every one.
-----------------------

I always log in via sports.betfair.com

It is there when you first go into Sports - without all the Paul Nicholls & McCan Links-

BUT when you select HORSE RACING - 'Community' disappears - and Paul Nicholls and Donald McCain links manifest themselves. .... ON the LOWER Links line.

Onlooker, I access the community from the sports page, and then minimise it, you can then select a horse race and run both pages.

sparrow -  Thanks all the same  - But I have neither wish nor need to do any customising .... although I accept that what you suggest is an option.

However - It has always been available as a DIRECT Pop-Up link - in the same place - for the 8 years that I have been on here.

Since yesterday evening, it has disappeared.
-------------------------------------------

I am NOT asking people 'how to access' the Pop-Up - although I appreciate their concern.

What I simply, and straightforwardly wish to know is - as the initial request.

Does 'COMMUNITY' appear on the LOWER Links line for everybody else -
or has it, permanently, disappeared on other people's screen, too?

Thank you.

'COMMUNITY' has disappeared on the LOWER Links line after having clicked on Horse Racing. If you click Sports first, 'COMMUNITY' is still on the LOWER Links line, so you can activate pop-up there then switch to Horse Racing (ie only 1 extra click to previously!).

Thank you duncan.

Now That I know I am correct - I can resume my reply, to the reply I got from Betfair, to my original email outlining this change/problem - as also posted on the Site Feedback forum, too.

Of course - they said that 'COMMUNITY' is STILL there - and to .............

YES - you've guessed it ...."Clear my cache"Sad - along with the 'long way', convoluted method, of doing that in INTERNET EXPLORER (FFS).

I haven't used clunky, lumbering, IE for Betfair for 4 years!

Is that on the LOWER Links line, BOK?

I have shut down completely - switched off.

Re-Started my PC - Run CCLEANER - and tried both Chrome and Firefox - and via sports.betfair.com and www.betfair.com .... and it AIN'T There.

As I have communicated to THEM ...

Sorry to have to say this – but it has always been something of an indisputable ....

Can you not get ANYTHING right FIRST TIME – whenever you make any changes?

It’s the biggest 1.01 on betfair, that you won’t – and sadly, has been for some time.

onlooker - can confirm the community pop up is not available on the 'horse racing' tab but is available on others.  Hope you communicated to Betty Help using your trademark bold text, next best thing to bashing their heads together!

I have been away from my PC, aswell, BOK

Yes - It will do that on mine, too

HOWEVER - All that does is refresh the display back to as if you have just logged on - and reverts you to the Sports (Home)page display.

You can do  exactly the same by just clicking on 'Sports' or 'Football' on the HIGHER line - and it will bring back COMMUNITY Link on the Lower line.

BUT - When you then want to select/Load a Horse Race MARKET - it, naturally, DEFAULTS back to Horse Racing - and you then LOSE both the Forum Pop-Up display - and the LOWER Link.
