You can see why Kevin Darley wasn't up to the job. Both Owers and Stier shouting the odds but I bet neither can even ride.
How does a horsewelfare geezer come on telling that the penalties must be severe? He lost the argument and I think the C4 team had a great opportunity to make him look a muppet. |

if that was representative of what transpired at BHA HQ earlier this week racing has only one option, to conscript better leadership, 'police' its own and be seen to have the will and commitment to our great sport. the current personnel is deplorable, as you have witnessed recently.
