supreme whip artists...

the 'late' dean mckeown and michael hills; both able to deliver the most convincing fresh air shots we've ever seen and it would be wonderful to be in a stewards room as they fight out a 'fresh air' finish. I kid you not.
not so long ago a jockey lost his whip and rode a finish without it, looking for all the world he'd got stuck in and (I wont mention the ex-jockey on duty!) who said 'hope the stewards are gonna be lenient...!'
soon afterwards it was pointed out to him and highlighted the moment the whip went up and away.
sadly 'deano' is no longer allowed to ply his trade but expect him to join the morning line soon.
