Has replied to my e-mail. Unfortunately I missed it as I titled it The Whip Rules and it got put in spam for some reason.
Poor bloke sounds at the end of his tether. Thanked me for being civil. Says a lot of people aren`t . Understands my frustration but denies they are passing the parcel ( my phrase ).
He`s gone up in my estimation tbh.
