Paul Struthers is the best person for the position of BHA spokesman.
He is charming, eloquent and a fair bit better than John Maxse, who one time held the post. |

He might be all of those things Jocked off but he's been useless as Head of Communications as he's not got a clue about being pro-active.
In fact when he does react to events it's often far, far too late. Take the whip furore after this year's National as an example. |
