I presume if he'd appealed he would have been banned ... but wouldn't have come into effect before title finished this year

Unfortunately, that isn't how it works. If he had appealed he would have still been banned for the same days and also lost his deposit. I can assure you every possible angle was looked at before deciding not to appeal. |

It was very harsh and are a lot of the bans he has received this year.
It is also a waste of time appealing unless it is blatantly wrong. |
