and it's sitting right in front of your noses...see the buttons on your p.c you press to type a letter, there lies the answer to the whip. Pressure pads on the whip with a micro chip in it and all connected to a computer in the stewards room...It's to technical to explain(in other words i dont know how to explain it Silly ) but the gist of it is..Instead of having a whip limit have a whip pressure limit on the times you hit a horse. If you give the horse a fair belt it'll register up and no grey area one strike a warning, 2 a fine 3 and your out for 4 weeks. all they have to do is get someone with a brain that knows about micro-chips, someone from the jockeys, trainers, Animal welfare sit down and work out what pressure is acceptable so if you go above it your in trouble....I know it'll fall at the first hurdle because it's too simple for the BHA.

Take it from me A D, it won't

reach the first hurdle.

Horses aren't machines and shouldn't

be treated as such.

Well either that or scrap racing altogether...It's a sad day when you can't trust a pro jockey to ride hands and heels.
