Inform the BHA that as from now you and The Tote will refuse to sponsor any more races unless they can give an assurance that no jockey will forfeit his/her share of the prize-money by breaching the new whip rules.

The guy is a waste. I have not even seen any ideas put up by the TOTE for any improvements. Other than transfer Tote sponsored races into the Baldy Fred banner
To be fair he has already signalled his intention to get rid of the crap bets like the Super7 or whatever it was called. I imagine the swinger won't be far behind.
He has put £100k guarantees on all jackpots which has massively helped the bet get momentum when there is no carryover.
More than the Tote bothered doing in the last few years.
I bet the BHA will claim that no sponsors money is used to pay jockey fees.
