Pool your resources and apply for a Court Injunction to put these changes on hold pending a Judicial Review.
With a bit of luck and a few Appeal Hearings you might get ten years out of it before it comes to a conclusion.
Then apply to the European Courts claiming an infringement on your Right to Work in other Countries and an abuse of your Human Rights.
