Soulimmon committed a crime. He has been found guilty. His act of crime made his employers and the trainer very wealthy. The winning's MUST BE FROZEN. The assets must be retrieved. The police have an obligation to intervene in this matter as it was clearly an act of premeditated malice. The winnings should not be on their way to a horse's entourage as they won the ILLEGALLY
If nothing is reported by tomorrow I will personally phone the law. I have just as much reason to ask them to look in to this as anyone else and whats more they have an obligation to follow up on a citizens complaint.

You are either deranged or fishing but FWIW 'rules' are not 'laws' and hence none of the later are broken (other than very possibly his human rights or some European working rights) and therefore no 'crime' committed. Keep taking the tablets.
