RYAN MOORE, the three-time champion jockey who has missed a large part of the 2011 season due to an injury, has reportedly confirmed that he will be riding as stable jockey for Aidan O'Brien next season.
Rumours that Moore would leave Sir Michael Stoute for Ireland began this time last year, with several Group 1 successes throughout the year have added fuel to the fire.
Now it is reported in TheIndependent that: "Ryan Moore has confirmed his intention to leave Sir Michael Stoute to ride as stable jockey to Aidan O'Brien next season."
Presumably Moore will be based in Ireland riding at the Curragh and Leopardstown with a lot more regularity. Should be good from the point of view of the Irish racing public wanting to witness the best jockeyship on the planet.

The retainer from Coolmore will be huge....will mean less of the daily grind for Moore. Sir M S had a terrible season.....nothing in terms of promising 2yr old's seen so far for next year and entirely a sensible decision by Moore. Cant think it wont be amicable as Coolmore have horses with Sir M S...
