British racing is a shambles IMO. Everyone wants more money but the pot is a decreasing one. No-one will accept a reduction in fixtures at their track although everyone seems to thing a reduction is inevitable, but at other tracks, not theirs.
Its a bit like the housing market prices before the property crash. Everyone knew the situation was untenable, then everyone was surprised whan it all crashed. Racing's crash is certain. Its just a case of when, not if, as the difficult decisions simply will not be taken now to head it off. |
|
By:
whilst its probable both racing and the country has its problems,if everybody stopped going around telling each other what a mess both are in i am pretty sure things will be fine, just look what us lucky people have tomorrow, wales v france, liverpool v united, then quite possibly the greatest days flat racing any of us has ever seen [ shame theres no 2 yo race ]then on sunday we have new zealand v australia life cannot get any better.
