Hughesy quits & talk of all out strike action - what's happening?

Just heard RICHARD HUGHES has given up his riding licence in protest at the new whip regulations after receiving his 2nd 5 day riding ban in 4 days. He'll now miss the Breeders' Cup at Churchill Downs next month when he was due to ride Strong Suit in the BC mile. Talk of all-out stike action by jock's! What a mess!
