Please issue a statement outlining how your policies and procedures have been amended to take into account the new whip rules and to what extent your employees have received revised training in identifying different aspects of changed riding approaches.
I presume you have had a complete re-appraisal of the job and introduced appropriate training or is that more in keeping with a professional organisation?
Apparently - The BHA held a ONE day TRAINING session for Stewards -
which, we are reassuring told, is in common with usual Rule Change procedures.

Best is yet to come - stewards where a horse hangs into nose 2nd and despite whip in correct hand and being pulled its doesnt respond. Jockey has run out of smacks. Placing unaltered or reversed. In fact is there a correct hand any more?
