Cheltenham under tariff!!!

Even Cheltenham is falling under the tariff in the Pertemps qualifier tomorrow.Can't imagine any boycotts,or will they?
Stupid anyway to have tariffs.

Is a bit disappointing some of the prize money for chelt hcps. guess they know everyone wants a winner there and they'll get competitive full fields most of the time anyway.

Point being the "big" owners and trainers are quick to criticise the small courses whenever they are under tariff,meanwhile here we have Cheltenham,and recently Newbury too.
