Dave Smith Brighton or Kempton please ?

neither

Probably both.Dave will be judge what has won at Kempton, from Brighton.

Come to think of it.Surely the BHA should relocate Dave's role. After all - He would be able to count how many times every jockey in the race had used his whip ...without watching a replay.
