You appear to be describing horse beating rather than horse racing.

I have had plenty of losing bets this season but they have been down to me picking the wrong horses or useless rides of which there are plenty. Nothing to do with jockeys not beating the horse up so I could win a few quid. It is a shame that you just view the horse as nothing more than a vehicle to win money.

Personally I would shoot the opposition to make my bet come in . Frankel or a selling hurdler they are only horses, one step up from dogfood

all persons  involved  in  the  sport  ,  carry  the  can  ,no  need for  brutality  towards  animals  for any  reason  .move  on  .  schooling  in  public  , out  and  out  non  triers  ,horses  never  put  in a  race  whip  or  no  whip  .the  reasons  it is a  minority sport  no  longer  any  fun  watching  racing ,  move  on  ,  no  colourfull   tipsters  among  throngs  of  past  supporters    ,all gone  nobody  in love  with  the  sport  including  terestrial  tv  poor  coverage    ,to  finish  too expensive ,  food etc  an arm  and  a  ,leg  deep  in  worst  recession  ever  ,no  one  can be  trusted .  poor  show  all round   ......if  someone  whipped  you  21  times  ,  with a  real  whip  , you  would  not  like  it  .stop  tinkering  needlessly  by  the  powers  that  be  ,a  good  starting  point  ???

so many  changes , for  worse  ,rather than better    . cant  turn the  clock  back  .please  put  up  some  good  news  if you  so  wish ,    a  struggle  for  me  and  many  others .stone  throw  of  70  years  got  many    T   shirts .  enjoy  my  racing  still for  what  its  worth  .  keeps  brain at  least  active  not  much  other  interests  outside  family  .  controvercial  issues  every  day  in racing  now  .  10  day  ban  for  around  9 or  so  jocks    ,sent  to  nick  at  least  state  will keep  them  ,does  punishment  in  this  case fit  the  crime  ?  THE  OTHER day   young  lad  hit  horse  too many  times  ??  said  needs  to  feed  family  and  young  kid  . hope  to  lighten up  later  today  sun  just  came  out    need a  break ??????????????????pedrobob  cheers  for  your  ear  ta  very  much   ..........................
