Give it three weeks , then jockey/traner meltdown , these new rules are ludicrous.

Although I  agree with the new whip rules,   have to say the  penalty for erring by a single extra strike needs  outside of the last furlong needs  looking at again  , three day penalty is
enough particularly during  this early phase of implementation
