Agree with that Duffy.

When the Irish show their usual good sense and get a realistic solution and the French follow.

The BHA celebrity circus will wonder why owners are taking their beasts abroad.

i know I'd get mine a soft handicap mark here (Under the new don't try too hard rules) and then exploit it oversees.
