go on i ve bit,

betfair are a reckless company and when their shareholders find out the risk they put the business in day to day ,heads will roll.because they let you the customer deciede whatever price you want 100/1 no problem help yourself, there is no linkage/safety system in place tracking the official SP,

to obtain 100/1 for any runners in your multiplies ,select minor races at quiet times of trading,sellers/etc,then lay the price till the cows come home forcing the price to go bigger and bigger.

in answer to your question - you get betfair(no relation to industry SP),so you basically set your own price.

Thanks - does that mean it's mostly a better multiples return on here than at most bookies (sorry I'm genuinely not clued up)

youve been on here 7 years, you are a slow learner,i m surprised you know what a multiple is.

in answer - no ,all the big firms offer great bonuses on muliple bets, double s.p 1 winner,to 300% on canadians.betfair are 20% bigger if you loose, but would end up industry SP if you horses all won,

mate just do your multiplies with betfair they re better and easier, its worth throwing a few pennies at a few horses, its like the banks with compound interest, interest on interst,so a 5/1 6/1 7/1 treble would be on betfair 6/1 7/1 9/1,it makes a big difference- just dont let betfair know it.

cheers - fancy trying something extra - seem to pick out some good priced horses but keep hitting the post (e.g. ermynlodge and extraterrestrial making it a very bad week but annoyingly close)- will have a crack with small stakes and more effort - maybe e/w  - gl

dont do each way,my mate won on her last sat ,he had a 1 pound yankee,3 won 1` lost,so he had 3 doubles and a treble up to 1 pound - he got 5400 back,

the cheapest quickest interest/fun bet,is 5 horses ,if they are bigger prices do 10 doubles ,if smaller prices do 10 trebles, you you dont need all the permatastions, but always do the the acc(ideally double your stake on that as its only 1 bet,so dosent cost much.

cracking payout - good advice thanks - looking forward to 'adjusting my sights' and being more patient - was losing the enjoyment factor big time - good things may yet come of this invention they call betfair Grin - best of luck to you (and me)
