Plenty people were happy enough to lay the horse IR, perhaps the punter needs to change as well when the new rules come into force its not like you cant get videos of a horses previous runs ffs, did that ever cross your tiny mind! You know videos of previous form, were you study things in depth, not just fling over a RP and agree with spotlight...
