The man is so thick! He claims that AP has no option but to give up on the run in the 2.50 at Exeter after his 8 hits - as if to say he can only win by using the whip! He hit it twice and then allowed the horse to respond.

HE is spot on Midas - especially if he had to give it a few slaps out in the country to keep it interested. You're the thick one if you think there is no issue.
He's being ridiculous saying that a jockey's only option is to GIVE UP if he's hit his horse 8 times. You can still get behind a horse and drive it.

Well he if he does give up then he can have a few days on the sidelines. Read the rule book - he allowed the horse to respond, but it could give no more.
