11/8 Never Perfect, 2/1 Silver Blaze, 9/2 Joshua The First
10/1 Ashwaat, 20/1 Hunting Gonk, 25/1 Night Flash.
This is a 2yo maiden over a mile. As ever its assumptions
and guesses that are demanded here. Both ASHWAAT and
HUNTING GONK have lots of ground to make up from a
debut race. JOSHUA THE FIRST comes from a handicap
and althought it was a decent one and he ran well in it I'm
secptical as no winners came from Handicaps having more
than 6 career starts and he now has 11 runs. The safer two
here are SILVER BLAZE and NEVER PERFECT both are
statistically fine. I have to guess and NEVER PERFECT is
probably the more substantial horse. He has a G1 entry at
the moment and cost a lot more and my guess would be a
horse that could outclass his field today.
