Well on tuesday i paid for the christmas presents when Come On Dave was beaten into 3rd, 7/4 fav at time of posting. Yesterday i paid for the fireworks when Hunter Forward was well beaten behind Area 51, 2/1 fav at time of posting.

Today i fancy a winter break, possibly in Paris, and the horse that is going to pay for it is Cool In The Shade in the 3.40 Ayr.

This wont be winning and is currently the 11/8 fav. My contact assures me that its race lto was a very poor affair indeed and was fully expected to win as easily as it did. However today is a very different kettle of fish and i am told that the Kevin Ryan trained Surely This Time is very strongly fancied to win today. However i have also been informed of three others in this race that are also expected to go very well, namely Jack Smudge, Green Warrior and Saxonette. Therefore such is the confidence behind the opposition here that i am making Cool In The Shade a MAX LAY! bet at 11/8. Au Revoir!!!!

Although Saxonette is a non runner, i am still making this a Max lay. i am confident that either Surely This Time, Jack Smudge or Green Warrior will win this race.
