Not forgetting that the second had won the Topham on the Thursday
does anybody still belive the measurements of the fences that aintree give out ?
the loose horse was sebastian v if i remember correctly ,it fell at ayr in the scottish national and a guy at one of the fences caught it,gave me a leg up on it and told me to take it back to the stables.
the fecker bolted with me on the way back but i was tempted to put it over the fences in the home straight,
harry bell gave me a tenner for bringing it back.
