'When in Rome' etc

Yesterday, when shown in an interview on ATR - wearing a BASEBALL cap - he kept referring to the Kentucky "DU rby".

Yifter wasn't happy with him earler - demanded an explanation as to how Shouty Man knew Workforce was "over the top" at last year's Breeders' Cup.

Apparently some geezers trackside told him.

assuming this thread is about mark johnson, but don't know why he gets the tag 'shouty man' over ian bartlett.

would rather listen to him that most, particularly stewart 'cringeworthy pun' machin, and the commentator mentioned above.

can be over the top, but knowledgeable, enthusiastic, good at his job, and doesn't irritate like so many.

Irritates as soon as he gets handed over to. With that patronising voice about a runner going to post well or looking well, then changes to the standard shouty smarmy know all voice as the last horse loads.
