low yes
Report zilzal1 • September 30, 2011 12:40 PM BST
Wouldnt be that final though

Draw
Horses drawn 1 to 5: 4-6-50
Horses drawn 6 to 10: 2-7-50
Horses drawn 11 to 15: 2-5-49
Horses drawn 16 or higher: 2-2-25
On good or firmer: 4 winners were drawn in stall 16, 13, 12 & 3
On ground softer than good: 6 winners were drawn 3, 7, 5, 8, 20 & 1
It appears that a low draw is favourable on softer ground while a higher draw is more suitable on faster ground.

no i wouldn't rule anything out either, the general rule has been low but in recent years 4 times a higher stall has taken it (20,12,13,16)

stall 20 was the re run race in 2008

it's an advantage to be on the rail for the first 3 furlongs,

and then it's swoosh on the outside,

and then the camera angle changes,

and then it's anyone's guess [smiley:crazy]

i don't think i've ever seen the finish until they replay it from the other angle

the horse on the nearside is winning by a neck,

and then from the other angle,

he is a length and a half behind in 3rd Laugh
