Freddie,

I'm not doubting your right and guessing it involves the likes of not withdrawing winnings asap, placing trades to hopefully lose with bookies by using betfair etc but surely takes a fair amount of time and effort.  I had a an account with VC closed down a couple of weeks ago that was actually in the red.  It's no big deal for me as do very few bets with bookies these days but please enlighten me if my assumptions are incorrect and it's easier to avoid.  This is the third account over the years I have had closed.

I used to do that Freddie spread bets across 5 shops or so and still enough to do that, but I don't have / make the time to do so now.  Even then one or two of them made it claer they didn't want my business.  I win more trading, laying and found it a lot of work to do what you say.  I used to love the each ways in bad races, particularly the long shots against odds on favs for a place.  I just don't find enough opportunities to bet this way any more and spend my mornings studying form and stats etc so I have had to change the way I bet.

I've never had more than one person act as a putter on for me, but granted my stakes didn't warrant it (never more than 400 at time).  As I'm sure your aware though it's not the stakes online which get you closed more what you do. I've never liked playing handicaps much which is main reason shifted tactics as most cards a wash with them now.  I'm surprised your foot soldiers don't get familiar and encounter restrictions though.  If this is the case you must have a lot of people you can rely on and trust.
