Firefox problem

Can someone help, i decided to use firefox today but i can't get the box to show with the trainer, horses form etc when i point at the horses name.
Anyone know how to fix it

click more options just above horse racing market on betfair, make sure the display race card info is ticked

Click racecard, then exchange it should work...

I have this all the time , you need to refresh the page each time then go to the race you want. It will show the details but you'll need to refresh again for the next card

Pain in the @ss, but don't know how else to fix it.
